MY ORDER IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
I recommend contacting your local post office (the location that delivers your mail) & asking for GPS coordinates on your package. They should be able to locate and redeliver. We also recommend asking neighbors if they received it by mistake.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All items are made to order & take 3-5 business days to ship. There is also a USPS upgrade option to reduce transit time.
Returns & Refunds
If at anytime your order is received in the mail damaged in transit, please reach out to me within 14 days of delivery & I’ll be happy to replace your item.
CONDITIONS OF RETUNS & EXCHANGES: I gladly accept returns or exchanges upon buyers request. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. Refund will be dispersed once I have received the return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the total cost of the item.
